Rainbow PaRtY Picture's {SOME EXTRA'S}

Wrapping things up (pun intended) Here's a shot of the gift bag I wrapped up for my Birthday Girl.

LOVED HOW IT TURNED OUT!

Oh and one more thing we had the kids do is make themselves custom name tags. The rainbow labels were custom made by The Digi Butterfly and stuffed into "banquet badges" bought from Office Depot.

I'd say thank goodness we had these so we could identify all the kids but the funniest thing happened despite our "security". Okay so my staff consisted of:

my Mother-the hostess
my Father-the cook
my husband-the hired hand
my kids godfather-the "baby"sitter
and myself-the dictator!

Well apparently (told to us by passer-by's) our set-up was so professional they assumed the park was having a public event {have you guessed where this is going yet?}

Yeah it happened we had a "party crasher" how she slipped through the cracks has been discovered.

Not to point fingers but, our hostess, assumed a little girl and her father who were loitering in our area were invited guests. YEP she escorted the little girl to the name tag station had her draw herself a name tag and sat her at the lunch table for a tasty treat.

Not stopping there, her Father was offered a hot dog and water before he retreated {without his daughter} back to his picnic area in the park. After lunch and birthday cupcake she was offered a goodie box and cup for the candy buffet-by none-only our loving hostess;o)

At this point the kids were getting up from the table and I started to add up who they were, it was her name tag that got my attention, I knew all the kids names and couldn't figure out who she was.......so I started asking the parents if they brought a guest outside the RSVP. Well the hostess overheard this and realized what she had done and asked the little girl where her parents were and escorted her back {goodie box in hand}.

TOO FUNNY!!!!!! we all laughed for hours.
