Rainbow PaRtY Picture's {DECOR TIDBITS}

If you arrived at the Park, this is the view you'd see:o) I wasn't sure how our Vancouver weather would be, so in addition to an alternative location I had a party tent, which I figured I'd need for rain coverage but in fact it acted like a sunblock!

I bought the rainbow flag banner from Oriental Trading Company (see other posts for my review on them;o)

The rainbow helium balloons were bought on Ebay. I never realized at that time that most places will not fill "competitors product". I ended up at a local Florist for Helium. Thank goodness they stayed late to help me out:o)

In addition to the rainbow balloons I had rainbow coloured star balloons filled with helium. They were from the dollar store so it was no problem to fill them:o) Halfway through the party they worked themselves free and floated up into the trees above {I just went back to that park 2.5 weeks later and they are still flyin high} OH and these nin-com-poop balloons also blew right into the loaded cupcake tree and took out a number of cupcakes, resulting in frosted balloons. ARG!

These beautiful pink lanterns decorated the interior of the plain tent quiet nicely. They were from Oriental Trading Company also {I know what you thinking.....I bought shares right? NOPE, but maybe I will....because I'll be back FOR SURE!}

Mobile's, bought totally on a whim from the dollar store simply because of colour. Ended up being a star with the kids because of how windy the day turned out.

Again I want to thank Wendy J Photography for capturing all my special moments and hard work:o)
