Wilton Cake Course

Well I haven't been totally doing nothing all these months. I am taking a course with Wilton and just had my 2nd lesson last night. Here is a picture of the first cake I ever decorated:o)

And here is my moms first cake:

I used Lorann's lemon emulsions in the icing mix and I think it failed to dry during class time because of that. It was kinda tricky to decorate a wet cake but I think it turned out great.

On a card note, I still have my card table disassembled to fit the crib in my scrapbooking room. I'm just not ready to send my baby to a different floor then me:o( so this is the sacrifice I have to make.

I'm off to eat cake for breakfast;o)
