Birthday Wishes

Man oh man I gotta lotta birthday's coming up. May 24, June 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 4th. At least one of those is mine;o)

It's super cute because my aunt's (generation 1) is on the 1st then mine (generation 2) is on the 2nd the Alyx's (generation 3) is on the 3rd.

This set couldn't have come into my hands in a better month. Speaking of this set, it's the second sample I've shown you using Biggest Wishes from Clear Dollar Stamps. It is available now @ http://www.cdstamps.blogspot.com/

I used Chatter Box DP with Kiwi and Pretty in Pink oh and of course touches of Saffron and Bashful;o) I was so excited to use my NEW SU! Scallop oval punch for the first time. I gotta say I LOVE IT, it's much easier then the Nestibilites.

Kuddly Koala

Here's the second card I created with this ADORABLE Clear Dollar Stamps set "Kuddly Koala"

I used imaginisce DP paired with Mellow Moss and Always Artichoke. My ribbon is pink stripped grosgrain from CDS and I topped the leaves off with Crystal Effects. Coloured with Copics: E41-43-44, BG000, G82.

Yet another NEW release from Clear Dollar Stamps called Biggest Wishes, available now for purchase at http://www.cdstamps.com/

I used Basic Grey cardstock paired with Taken with Teal and Soft Sky. I'm so sorry to admit but I have no clue what ribbon this is, I've had it kicken around for years. I topped it off with a turquoise button.

Coloured with Copics: BG000-07, YG93, C1-2-4.

Enjoy Every Moment

So as you've read things have been CRAZY around here. I have just finished 50 New Address cards and 50 Sympathy cards. And now I'm doing 100 of these puppies.

My intentions for them is to invite my NEW neighbours over to a Usborne Book Party held at my home and on another date a Stampin Up! open house. I cant wait to make some friends close to home.

I used Stamp-a-ma-jig with Enjoy Every Moment set . My colours are Kraft and Riddinghood matched with Black and White. Topped off with some Gingham:o) Hope you like it.

I used Pacific Point and Kiwi Kiss cardstock with some imaginisce DP. Have I told you why I don't add sentiments to my cards? I actually do, just not when I make them. I wait till I need a card, then I add whatever is appropriate for the occasion. So there you have it the method of my madness;o)

Kuddly Koala

I'm so happy I got some crafting time last week and have some stuff to show you. It's been much harder to get settled in our new home then I expected. Now the challenge is to keep it up;o)

This is the first sample I made with my May release sets from Clear Dollar Stamps (www.cdstamps.com) His name is Kuddly Koala and he is available for purchase now.

I used My Minds Eye DP paired with Pacific Point, Riddinghood Red and Kiwi Kiss. I added Pewter Build-a-Brads and stamped the Kiwi with Canvas from SU! I also added Crystal Effects to the leaves to give them some POP.

Coloured with Copics: C2-4-6-8, E41-42-43, YG95.

Well since I'm not making cards to post, I thought I'd share some of my friends cards with you. I had a close friend of mine over and she brought a collection of cards she had recently made to show me:o)
Love all the cutting and vibrant colours:o)

I loved the rock and roll technique she used on this one.

They've Moved

I made up these "We've Moved" cards for a client of mine who has a friend moving. She thought it would be a nice gift to purchase some for her all done and ready to hand out. I couldn't agree more (considering I haven't made my own yet)

The colours are Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze and So Saffron. I used my SU! envelope die and texture plate. The stamp set is Right at Home and the Satin ribbon is from the Occasions Mini. On the inside there is a address card with their new digits;o)
