Swipper, NO SWIPPING!

Okay all you moms out there know exactly what I'm talking about;o) My Daughter is almost 2 and she is IN LOVE with Dora the Explorer, and Handy Manny, and Backyardigains, and.......well you get the picture. I guess when you limit their TV time they get CRAZY excited because she's a nut. She participates, and dances and sings with the music!

So when I saw this set (Woodland Critters from CDS) I saw Swipper instantly.

I used We R Memory Keepers DP paired with Pumpkin Pie, Rose Red, and Kiwi Kiss. A mini Library Clip in Kiwi from Stampin' Up! and some random Orange Grosgrain. Coloured with Copics: V09, E97, YR61.

Here's my last card (for right now) using Charliene April Showers from Clear Dollar Stamps. Like the other one I used designer paper for the boats and umbrella, I LUV THAT LOOK whoever thought of it is Genius!

My DP is My Mind's Eye and my colours are Blush Blossom and Cranberry Crisp. My ribbon is also retired Cranberry Crisp. Coloured with Copics: E41-42-43-44-47.

I used GCD Studios DP paired with Ballet Blue and Bashful Blue. My buttons are Stampin' Up! and have twine tied through them. I also used Wide stitched Grosgrain in Chocolate. I coloured with Copics: E42-43-44-47.

WOW I'm really loving all the sets that work with Pickett Fence (a CDS April Release) Here I used Just Nutty.

My GORGEOUS DP is Holly McCaig's Spring Fling Collection from Pink Paislee. I paired it with Creamy Carmel and Chocolate Chip. I cut out my squirrel to dimensional it (this is becoming a trend with me)

Coloured with Copics: E41-42-43-44, YG01-03, BG000-01.

My New House

Welcome to my new house:o)

The exterior is the only thing that hasn't been remodeled. Consider this a BEFORE picture. I have a date set with pavers to make the driveway a new double asphalt. AND I will be replacing the fences, flower gardens, and grass.

Over to the left we have a side yard and to the right (off the kitchen) we have a patio/BBQ area. The whole property is 7920sf. The house is just under 2000sf.

Here's a BEFORE of the kitchen. YES it's a before:o) I am bringing my higher end stainless appliances from my current house and installing a over the range Microwave. Oh and I have a better lighting fixture.

This is the front room which will be the "man room" We are putting in a pool table and entertainment lounge. You can see the Dinning area through this picture also, which is opposite the Kitchen.

That fireplace will be OUT! as soon as I get the keys;o) Inside that closet is my washer/dryer area. Did I mention my realtor/cousin bought me a BRAND NEW front Loader washer and Dryer?
This is the Family room. This room is a great size 13'x 20' so it will house my 64" T.V. That I will NEVER part with and the office. I decided to put the office in the Family room and not in one of the other spaces so we would be able to have our addictions together. Ken's an on line Poker player and I'm a compulsive email checker:o)

This is the main bathroom which is down stairs. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW.

This is the upstairs bathroom which will act as the "family bathroom" Unfortunately this house dose not have a master bath:o(

This is the room we are making the Master. It isn't the biggest room but it is upstairs with Alyx's room.

Like I said not desirable but close to my baby. The good thing is in the hallway across from what you can see is a double closet so I'll hog that also.

This room is Biggest in the house 13"x 16" so it's going to be my scrapbooking room.

Not only is it huge it also has double closets;o) I spared you pictures of the other two bedrooms because right now the look exactly the same. I'll post AFTER pictures once we are settled. We get possession on Good Fri. and are planning on being completely moved in by May 1st.

This is another NEW set from Clear Dollar Stamps available NOW at http://www.cdstamps.com/ called Pickett Fence. I paired it with Charlie Fenced in.

I used Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, and Cool Caribbean cardstock. I used my new texture plates from SU! (which you can hardly see) on the Wasabi. My flowers are Prima's and I dimensionaled Charlie:o)

I coloured with Copics: BG000-01, E41-42-43-44-95, YG01-03.

I used Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette, and So Saffron to match my imaginesce DP, and Pink Taffeta and Chit Chat rub-ons. Coloured with Copics RV32-34, YR20-21.

April Shower's

I used American Craft DP paired with Cool Caribbean and Basic Grey. I coloured with Copics: C2-4-6-8, BG01, E95.

I cut out the boats and umbrella so I could dimensional them:o)
